Lucas Neff (born November 7, 1986) is an American actor from Chicago, Illinois.[1] He is best known for his work in the role of James "Jimmy" Chance in the sitcom Raising Hope.[2]
Neff graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008.
